Born in Chengdu, left to the UK at the age of 15, educated in London School Of Economics and Politic Science and Imperial Collage, Ice Min receiving her B.A Honor in Management Science and MSC in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management.
Re-defining luxury as ‘Be Honest, Be Caring, Be Peaceful’, Ice founded MightyBee in 2014, a plant-based company based in London, producing premium, high quality food and drink products. Launch just over one year, in 2016 MightyBee products have received the highly regarded ‘Great Taste Award’, described as the ‘Oscars’ of the food world and the ‘epicurean equivalent of the Booker prize’. Listing in the most prestigious retailers in the UK, MightyBee is now exporting to various countries in Continental Europe, Middle East, America and Asia.
Prior to MightyBee, Ice co-launched K&C REITs, UK’ first Real Estate Investment Trust focusing solely on residential properties. In 2014, K&C REITs was listed on Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of London
